I'd walk through the magic wardrobe into Narnia! (Although, technically, I'd find myself there unexpectedly through another portal, since the same avenue rarely opens twice.)
I'd want to see the lamp post, of course, and the castle or ruins at Cair Paravel (depending on WHEN I found myself in Narnia). But mostly, I'd want to encounter Aslan.

Work on a different project. I know I'm avoiding, but at least I'm busy on SOMETHING publishable.

The look on people's face when they discover I'm an author. I go from average-Jane to very interesting in a split second. My profession never fails to be a conversation starter. I love it.

Just Do It! It sounds cliché but is so true. You can't finish anything you haven't started.

I'm trying to write the sequel to Reclamation (although it's kicking my butt right now). I also have a middle-grade fantasy started and a non-fiction resource for parents who want to help their children progress in their reading skills almost finished. Of course, I have a million more ideas simmering in the back of my brain--probably too many to ever write them all!

I'll go for whole months without any desire to write, then some little thing will spark a new idea and I'm writing, writing, writing for several weeks. I can't say exactly what inspires me, but often I'll get an idea when watching movies. And it's really weird, because my ideas are totally unrelated to the movie I'm watching. But something about seeing a story fleshed out on screen can trigger a tumult of ideas in my brain.

I literally woke up with the idea for Reclamation in my head. Sure, I fleshed out the details as I worked on it, but the bones of the story came seemingly out of nowhere--I'd like to think God gave me the idea.
