Even in academic writing we get this. I remember sitting on my bed in Edinburgh and just forcing myself to put out at least 500 words that day. Even if it is garbage, you need to force yourself. It's not fun. It doesn't always get the writing juices flowing. But sometimes, it does.

I mostly with academic stuff. It's a real pain because of the endless editing and formatting and it pays little to nothing. So why do it? It's the people--the ex-Muslim Christians. I love them; they have great stories; someone needs to tell those stories.
