Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Mark Mijuskovic My most recent book has been inspired by a re-imagining of the development of the small town in which I grew up.

What are you currently working on?
Mark Mijuskovic I have two projects in their infancy, one dealing with an aging parent, and another profiling the cutthroat nature of adults involved in children's sports. These are both fictional works.

I also have a completed novel that I'm just not happy with. I have been doing some rewrite and editing on it.

Mark Mijuskovic Make sure that there is purpose and passion with respect to what you write.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Mark Mijuskovic Writing fiction allows me to immerse myself in another world. It also serves as a catharsis on numerous fronts.
