I am currently working on a sequel to Mrs McMartian, I cannot, unfortunately give a synopsis as it may hint at too much in book one.

My recent book 'Mrs Mc Martian Goes on Holiday' was inspired by an image in my illustrators folio. It was a rather timid looking alien female character that I felt deserved a back-story, and also a mission that would enable her to 'find her own inner strength'. I believe I was successful in doing that, and I have to say that I am rather proud of my timid little 'Mrs McMartian.

I wrote, many years ago an article describing the humorous side of a bicycle-ride across England, and was astonished to see it printed, in full, across two pages of 'Cycling World'. I felt proud and put it away in a drawer for many years. Reading it again some time later encouraged me to write a blog specifically aimed at entertaining people, and it was the response from this blog that gave me the confidence to 'try it for real'.
