Romance among teens unfairly thrust into adulthood at the end of the world return to the world's--and the gods'--birth to set things right. But the gods are as naive about love as the time-voyagers.
Their time-travel mission? Change the past just enough to forestall a 22nd century nuclear war. But history's a lonely place for a cynical college girl, when your boyfriend's a rock star, war buff, and demon hunter!
Skall's theory is to race the coasts of Britain within 48 hours of Halloween, performing key songs as a hero-minstrel, solving ancient riddles and tragedies. Dor is a co-minstrel, linguist, and type of bodyguard too.
But, being Halloween, gods, ghosts, and ghouls have their own agenda and reactions to unwanted time-tampering! HOW will they survive that?

Oh, I loved the locked-room-mystery-lessons-in-ethics of the "Saw" films. But my most in-depth arguments online didn't meet with much acceptance. The final verdict from the forum was that serial killers are dumb brutes therefore psychological thrillers like "Saw" and "Silence of the Lambs" were too fake to be good. That brings me back to ones with really good music, and my favs 'til this day are the two from John Carpenter, "Halloween" & "The Thing." Close behind those would be "The Crow" and a few of the "Resident Evil" films, maybe "The Matrix" too, kinda grouping them all under the umbrella [corp!] of cyber-gothic-horror-punk?

Involvement with the decades-long preproduction of Michael Moorcock's "Eternal Champion" novels. Lots of rock music preproduction but Moorcock was continuously dissatisfied with Hollywood-exec-mentality.
The plan as I understand it, was to have David Bowie and Lemmy Kilmister spearhead the feel of the film by scoring it. In private correspondence, Lemmy seemed to be "out" of the film plan by the early 1990's. They both recently passed. Hopefully the popularity of Bowie in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" franchise will renew interest for a rock-driven, alien fantasy epic.
I just finished the novel and film previs for my own story, first in a trilogy. If that takes off, perhaps I can renew my correspondence with Mr. Moorcock about getting an EC film made. Personally I'm more partial to the Corum stories to start: same magical world, with a more sympathetic hero imo.
