Well, it happened only once to me! And what I did was... I kept writing. I remember thinking as I wrote that whatever I was writing was rubbish and that I would have to rewrite it all over again. But I still continued. And the next time when the thought of the block/rubbish writing crossed my mind, I realized I had already overcome it!
