The actual doing of writing is the easy and fun part for me! The majority of the work is to get into alignment with the love and joy that is really who you are. I have to prepare and get myself into the space to write. I never force it.
I am working on getting my body and brain as healthy as possible. Organic whole foods, (proteins, good fats & carbs), being well hydrated, getting plenty of sleep, gentle exercise and sunshine and fresh air are a must for me. Connecting with nature and having nurturing and nourishing relationships help as well.
I had writer's block for 30 years due to the brain fog and memory loss I experienced. Writing for me is a sacred art to be treated with love and respect. Now that I have my creativity back, I will always do everything possible to protect it!

The creativity. The magic. Being able to see life from many perspectives. When I sit down to write and get into the flow, my spirit soars! It is an awesome experience!

My next book is entitled "The Wholeness Principle: Live life on your own terms." It is about health, well-being and living life to its fullest.
I hope to publish it in the Fall of 2018.

It took me 30 years to find the root cause of my many symptoms. I had been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, etc. When my body was finally able to heal and I was given a clean bill of health, I knew I needed to share my story. I realized that many people had the same experiences I did and needed answers too. I hope At The Root will serve to give others hope and the awareness that the mouth affects our over-all health and well-being.

Get really clear on what you want to write about and why. Then get out of your own way. Allow the process and story to unfold within you. Be authentic and write from the heart.
