SYNT book1 started as a 30 days challenge with each day a new theme. Since the first theme was a monster, it quickly set the tone. After the 30 days, I wanted to turn it into a story. Soon I loved is so much it is now a 138 pages book and sprung a second and third volume coming in 2020. Back then, the superhero theme was popular but I wanted to a new twist on the genre. Note that SYNT has violence, gore, language, epic battles, and loads of destruction.

Everything around me inspires me. But most of all, I want to talk about my country, Mauritius. A tropical island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Since most foreigners know it as a vacation destination for its beaches and nice hotels. What makes the island stand apart is its people. Too bad, it's ignored and covered under tones of coats of luxury hotels and a bad reputation for money laundering. Even if not all of my books take place there, I still find a way to share bits and pieces of the culture.

STARE book 2. The sketches are done. I've started inking chapter one. There will be around 78 pages and I'm planning to release it by early 2020. Wish me luck.

Throne of Jade by Naomi Novik. It's the second book of the Temeraire series I've ordered the book and couldn't wait for it to arrive :D I'm so eager.
