I've got several projects that are jostling for position in the queue to be the next up. A number of them fit into the idea of unexplained phenomena, in which I'm interested, but not all. I've just started writing quite a lot this week after spending quite a lot of time launching and promoting The Hand of an Angel, and it's great to be back!

I find it more of a case of when I'm not inspired to write. I find myself writing all the time - dictating on my phone, or hastily scribbling things down when I'm doing something else. It's quite nice that I can't turn my head off at the moment!

I'd just written some fan fiction, so felt like i was in the 'zone'. I just started to write a conversation between two characters - who became my main character, cardiologist, Tom Boyand and his psychologist colleague, Bob Weiberg. They were talking about deja vu following a near death experience and the whole idea and story for the book grew from that conversation - which still exists in the finished novel.
