Thank you very much for following me! I am currently working on a sequel, though it probably won't be out for another year or so. I read a variety of other authors, especially ones that my friends recommend. Right now I'm really into Jonathan Stroud, Jonathan Howard, and Terry Pratchett. Do you have any recommendations for me?

People-watch. Make up stories about the people you're seeing. What sort of expression are they wearing? How are they walking? Are they alone or with someone else? Are they carrying something in a suspicious manner? Why? Did they commit a crime and are trying to dispose of the evidence in a casual manner? Should I contact the police? Oh, geez, they're meeting someone else! They just shook hands! Did they exchange something? Drugs? Secret coordinates? Memes? Cat videos?!
Question everything, question the why of everything. Don't be afraid of the ridiculous and write the stories that you would want to read; trust me, you're not as alone in your tastes as you might think.
