Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Charlie Paterson Initially, it just stated out as journal to record life in the New Zealand wilderness and a way to fill in long rainy days, which Fiordland is famous for. Then as my little solo venture in the rainforest became more challenging with each year passing year, it became a way to vent and express feelings and emotions, (both good and bad). It wasn't until I left the wilderness that my lovely wife encouraged me to publish the journal.
