Thank you for writing. I am so glad you enjoyed the Nemo Chronicles. I deliberately left the final resting place of the Nautilus vague. I think Nemo wanted to protect it from any "treasure seekers," either in his day or in the future. But in my mind, I always assumed it would be the area of the Marianas Trench, the deepest place on Earth, for obvious reasons.

Write about what you like. We've all heard the expression "write about what you know." If I did that, I'd be writing books on Microsoft Windows or 1970s and 1980s music. If you like something, you WILL get to know about it.

I wanted to see the story of Captain Nemo & the Nautilus continue. So I did something about it. :-)
I challenged myself to see if I could actually make it happen within the boundaries of what Jules Verne wrote. It's easy to just create a story idea and plop a well-known character into it. I wanted to be respectful to the world Verne created and work from there.
