Believe it or not - I am considering a book about bugs. After writing the book about frogs, and learning all about the different bugs they eat, I have to say, some of these creatures were fascinating themselves!
I always found it interesting how ladybirds are somehow more accepted once they become adults with a colourful shell and spots!

My most recent book is Frogs: Weird and Wonderful, and the initial idea came from my interest in frogs. It's something I had been thinking about doing for a while, and the brief for my final project during my MA studies gave me the perfect opportunity to dive right in and make it happen! There are so many weird and wonderful frogs out there and I hope my book introduces a few new ones to readers and encourages them to keep learning about the world we live in.
