I am a musician and I decided to write a new album with a theme. I decided to record songs around a classic love story. As the album progressed I realised I needed to bring the ideas behind the songs to life. I started with a blog and began to expand the ideas until the novel began to take shape.
There is a lot of my own 'authors voice' in the narrative so some of my character's rants and comments are my own!
