I was born in London and have a great deal of affection for the City. It features heavily in my first novel.
I have been self employed for the last 18 years but have always loved creativity and writing.
I am musical and am often to be found in bars and clubs playing live music..
12 Essays had an interesting start in life. I wrote and recorded an album which I labelled 'Essays In Love' which you can find on amazon and all the usual places. I recorded it under the name 'The Explorers'

The album tells a story and I began to commit the story to paper. There is a song for each chapter that sets the tone sums up the changing emotions for our characters.
Eventually we plan to record a full cast audio book of 12 Essays and to perform it live... Watch t ...more

If you took ‘The Secret History’ and blended it with Suzie Dent and stirred in some JK Rowling you would get close to the style of this book. The author is clearly very clever and an amazing researcher. The book is rich in the history of words and the ...more
