There are plenty of books (some amazing) about business and entrepreneurship. There are others about owning and running a successful restaurant, but there was a serious gap for those wanting to start a bar. That's where Bar Hacks started. I want to see new bar and restaurant owners succeed in a very competitive and challenging industry and so I created this book for them.
