Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Larry Levine The idea from my book came from 28 years of sales experiences and my journey inside the competitive world of copier sales in the Los Angeles marketplace. Placing our hearts at the center of what we do is sorely lacking inside the sales profession. It's aligning our hearts to our work, our clients and our employer.
