I had days when writing didn't flow onto the paper and I sat staring at a blank page for hours, it was very frustrating. Now, when I have one of those days I turn the computer off and I go for a walk or I simply read a book, usually not a book in my genre. If I stop thinking about my story for a little while and I relax when I go back on my laptop the flow is back and I can continue writing with out distractions.

Sit in front of your computer or notebook and just write. Write whatever come to your mind with out worry about spelling or grammar. Write every day, even if it just for one hour. The more you practice the easier it will become and you will find your own voice and stile. Read as much as you can, read everything so you can learn from other writer. Don't be scare to make mistake everyone does, be yourself and make sure to enjoy every bit of it.

The idea of "I can't see you" came to me when I was coming back from a date with my husband. We were on the train chatting and laughing with each other when a sudden jerk made the train came to a still point. We heard a noise above our head, like a hard bang then the train shook left to right before continuing on its journey. My imagination run free. I thought of a best jumping on the top of the train or a portal opening in the underground tunnel taking us to a different dimension.... The point is I couldn't stop thinking about it so I wrote all the ideas down on paper until I had written a short story.

Everything could inspired me to write; an idea or a memory which pop randomly in my head, a person I see in the street or an event I may experience could start a thought which transform into a novel or short story. I think life in general is what inspired me. Some time that little spark stays there on the back of my mind and that is when I know is a good idea to write about.

The best thing for me is the satisfaction of holding a copy of my book in my hands. After all the hard work, doubtebles moments and months in front of the computer having the book printed is the most exciting part of the journey.
