It depends on the type of writer's block. Writer's block is a crafty nasty creature in that it has many faces. However it means you can deal with it in a variety of ways too.
Reading, watching movies, going out for a long walk in a scenic area are a few good choices. Keep up your daily inspiration/creativity. Find something or someone that inspires you. It's important to keep your artsy side well fed.
In a technical sense, writer's block might hit you because the particular scene you're writing is "off" in some manner. Usually it's because there's something you don't particularly like about it. In that case, skip it for a bit and write another scene.
If you're really stubborn and want to try to hammer the scene out regardless then change the POV to a different character. It helps to flesh out ideas by seeing the scene from a different perspective.
And finally, it's okay to take a step back from what's giving you trouble. Don't be afraid to take a break. Your story is in your head, it'll come back so give it a little time.

Believe in yourself, even if no one else does. Writing can be a lonely world sometimes. Your stories are worth telling so never give up.
And try to write as much as possible every day. Whether that's fifty words or two thousand, it's important to develop a daily writing habit.

Too many shiny projects! I'm currently re-writing Feral Hearts, the first felt far too rushed. I've slowed it down considerably and taken out many over-the-top aspects. Set to release very soon will be a series of novelettes that take place in the realm of Corridan. All romantic fantasy shorts that feature various couples such as a dwarf ranger with a human paladin, an orc ranger with an elf crusader. At the same time, I'm writing a romantic gamelit story that involves raiding and guilds. My biggest project is a romantic fantasy serial that's very special to me called: Blade and Steel.
