I'm currently writing book 3 in the Burke Eieger series. The novel is entitled, The Fourth Reich and contains well-researched information on how Hitler and top Nazi war criminals escaped justice. The book also explains the economic forces that were created and run our world today.

I started out writing in peer-reviewed medical journals. Over time, I accepted the challenge of writing a novel. The task seemed like climbing Everest in the beginning. With about 2,000 hours of effort per book, being a writer isn't exactly a hobby. After 10,000 hours of fiction writing, I can honestly say the journey was worth it. Whether it was my late mother's pride in my first novel (Red Sky at Morning) or meeting my readers, the relationships forged through my writing have been fulfilling. From a theological standpoint, writing has helped me grow closer to God. How, you ask? Because as a fiction writer, I get to create worlds and characters. I get to determine who lives and who dies. I gain the opportunity to "get inside" the mind of people from different places and times. All of this exploration has given me a greater appreciation for people from all walks of life.

I've always had an interest in WW2 history and believe war creates an exciting backdrop for novels. In Escape of the Grey Wolf, I combined the sinister nature of Nazi Germany with advanced weapons to create the ultimate villain. Then I added in never before historical facts such as Germany testing the world's first atomic bomb and moving billions of stolen assets abroad to create the Fourth Reich. Against this backdrop, I create heroes whose strong moral values allow good to win over evil.
