As a medium and person who is often connected to the spiritual realm, I'm often surprised by what I've written. I'll start writing on a topic, yet before I'm halfway done, I realize that somewhere along the way, I've gone off on some glorious tangent that seems to have written itself. I must go into some haze or semi trance state because I don't fully comprehend what's been written until it's complete. When I look at the final product, I'm amazed at how beautiful it actually is. Sure wasn't me (at least I don't think so....).

Follow your passion! What is so exciting that you can't stop thinking about it? What topic makes you want to chew everyone's ear off about it? Better yet, what makes you want to shout at the top of your lungs with a megaphone from a mountain top for all the world to hear? This is your "bringing desire" topic that's filled with so much passion and motive you'll never want to stop writing. This is crucial, for writing can be a long, tiring process that requires a lot of fuel in your tank to get to the finish line.

My book started out as as a series of writings that were inspired by spirit, although at the time I never quite realized it. As this picked up momentum, I began to feel that there was more behind it, and I felt more inspired to write about my background and how I evolved into mediumship. That was a story unto itself, for I was quite reluctant to admit that mediumship and spirit was 100% real. Yet as time marched on it all became more real and the book practically wrote itself. I also had tremendous fun writing it.
