How do you get inspired to write?

Chris Lippincott As a medium and person who is often connected to the spiritual realm, I'm often surprised by what I've written. I'll start writing on a topic, yet before I'm halfway done, I realize that somewhere along the way, I've gone off on some glorious tangent that seems to have written itself. I must go into some haze or semi trance state because I don't fully comprehend what's been written until it's complete. When I look at the final product, I'm amazed at how beautiful it actually is. Sure wasn't me (at least I don't think so....).
