It has been non-stop at my end for a long time now, which is exactly how I like it.
At the time of answering this we have a new podcast about to launch, I am running 3 businesses, I have a family, and as well as pushing the book out there me and the team are always scheming on new ideas.
I also run a non-profit club for 16-21 year old's helping them with business acumen, motivation, and confidence.

Honestly, I wrote it by accident. I had a terrible drug addiction (amongst other things) and nothing was working, so I started writing down the little hacks and techniques I was coming up with.
They were things I'd taught to students when I used to lecture, and always worked, so I tried them on myself and Robert's your father's brother!
The techniques are universal and apply to health and fitness, business, motivation, and relationships, so I figured if they could help me so much, why not try and get them in the hands of others that may need a bit of support.
