This is the hardest question! After many months of contemplation, I think Jenna, a side character from the first book I wrote (Being rewritten in early 2022) may take the cake.
Jenna is... well, she's an utter wrecking ball. She's loud, has an array of fantastic, does-not-give-an-eff curses, and is a thousand times loyal to her best friend, Astrid. Depending on the situation, she could hug or put someone in a headlock.
I loved her so much, I gave her an offshoot novella (being edited after the rewrite). Being in her head, playing with crazy metaphors and her cartoon internal visuals, was a complete roller coaster funhouse ride.

Great question!! Since only book one is out, I'm going to say Rath.
He started as a bad boy foil to Alex when he first walked into the scene, but as his backstory unraveled, I realized how many strengths he had and how much the others need him. He's become my favorite wounded rebel and his story arc has a ways to go.

I get to create a world! And people!
Then I get to torture those amazing people with a series of trials until they're broken down enough to allow a great change to happen in their lives and the world around them. It is such a blast.
Beyond the whole ease-my-creative-brain-with-full-scale-world-building thing, writing is flexible for me. I can wake up and throw down words, play with the kiddos and brainstorm, and edit late into the night. It fits me.
