Mostly commonly Cianan or Keenan, it’s a Gaelic name meaning ‘ancient’.
Some people pronounce it Key-nan, but, but I pronoun it Keen-en.
My parents chose the name because it can’t be shortened into a nickname.
Interestingly enough, my brother’s name is Cyrus, chosen for the same reason.

I read poetry, take walks, and hike. I feel a strong body/mind connection, so taking care of one usually stimulates the other. I'll also revisit books that I've loved, and read and read through the years.
