The second in the Janice Maidstone Mystery Series, "What Love Made Us Do" is coming out in September. In the meantime, I'm finishing up the edits and prepping both a revision of "Under the Ombu Tree" and a sequel to it, for (self) publication this fall. I'd sure like to do some writing, but finding the time is proving problematic.

I'm now editing book two of a women's series based in Argentina (and Scotland). Both books one and two will be released later this year.
I have prairie dust and horse hair in my blood, and writing my protagonist's growing love of the pampas in Argentina was the best thing about writing her story.
When I picture the setting, I think of it as another character in the book, and hope I can someday do it as well as Jane Harper does in "The Dry" with the Australian outback.

Believe it or not, I got the idea for my current project from my 14 year old niece! When she was ten, she wrote a little story and gave it to me as a Christmas present.
I combined the setting for her book with the visuals of the amazing Antelope Canyon in Arizona), and came up with a story that's a little bit fantasy, a little bit history, and a little bit romance. translated it into a book that defies traditional genre classifications. It's a bit of fantasy, a bit of romance and a bit of history.
I'm at the editing stage now, but hope to have it published in early 2021.
