Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed my essay. I was not told the symptoms could last forever and mine stopped after 2 years, but I do take different supplements and I know that helps, because when I forget to take them, I do feel hotter than usual. I’m glad the worst has subsided for you. I hope all your hot and cold stuff goes away completely eventually. 10 years is a long time.

When I am not sure how I'm going to possibly write the next chapter of my book because I just don't know where to start, I take a legal pad, sit outside in the sun and hand write the outline for each scene. Walking away from the computer helps me get back on track.

I love being a writer because I can choose my own hours, I am the boss of not only my career, but also I love writing books that other people can relate to, whether it's seeing their loved ones in my characters, or having gone through the situations I am writing about.
