Leslie, I loved your essay on menopause. I personally experienced the same hot flashes - freezing cycle 24 hours a day. Every 15 minutes. Did anyone tell you that these symptoms could last the rest of your life? I panicked when they told me. That was 10 years ago. Fortunately, though I'm still getting some of it, the worst has subsided.

Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed my essay. I was not told the symptoms could last forever and mine stopped after 2 years, but I do take different supplements and I know that helps, because when I forget to take them, I do feel hotter than usual. I’m glad the worst has subsided for you. I hope all your hot and cold stuff goes away completely eventually. 10 years is a long time.
