I am working on a book about leadership and the outdoors. I have had a twisted path to get to position of responsibility and it is the mistakes I have made that have taught me far more about leadership than the successes.

I started writing stories down as a way of processing what had happened in my life to bring me the present day. Some of them I shared with my family and friends over the Covid Disruption as a way to inject something other than talking about the pandemic. The book emerged from the frequency SAR stories showed up in the "feed".
