Escaping into a movie playing out all by itself in my head! When my characters start to create the story, I get front row seats to my own personal adventure - one I set in motion but lost control of the moment my characters started to define themselves. This is my form of meditation, of allowing mind to dominate over matter. The writing bug bit me ten years ago, and I have never been bored since!

Hey there, Shirley. I do have some fond memories of Firestone High and growing up in Ohio, which is in part why I set my Cupid's Fall series in the Midwest! I now live in a western suburb of Boston, which has that small-town feel with a big city nearby. But I can always tell immediately when I meet a fellow Midwesterner - that easy smile, slower gait, friendly "hi"!

I love a hero with superpowers, especially a vulnerable, earnest guy who only wants to do right by humanity. (Looking at you, Captain America!) Now, if that sweet, innocent, superhero also turns out to be an immortal, pre-pubescent virgin in charge of the ultimate force of the universe - Love - well, that's a character I needed to know.
