In Singapore, we only hear the voice of the industry stakeholders in the media. But the property market is not about them (the marketers), it is about us (the consumers). We are the ones who foot the bill in the industry.

I started blogging and writing to attract like-minded people who share the same passion in property investment and value investing. Unexpectedly, I got far more e-mails from regretful buyers and scam victims sharing their sad stories. So I began covering lies and traps in the property market to warn inexperienced homebuyers and property investors.
