It's the long game. I don't want to say writing a children's book is easy because it's not. It's daunting trying to find a publisher and when you do it can take over a year to get into print, then you'll have to wait maybe 6 months to see if it's been a success or not.
You can't expect results right away.
I'm still waiting to see if Jasper is a hit with the world.
But never ever give up.

It would have to be Charlene's Harris True Blood world! As much as completely made up universes like Tolkien's or Rowling's are both fantastical and original. The idea of magic integrating and already existing in the world we live in now would be my dream fictional world.
