Goodreads asked Robyn Pager:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Robyn Pager It's the long game. I don't want to say writing a children's book is easy because it's not. It's daunting trying to find a publisher and when you do it can take over a year to get into print, then you'll have to wait maybe 6 months to see if it's been a success or not.

You can't expect results right away.

I'm still waiting to see if Jasper is a hit with the world.

But never ever give up.

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
