Hello! I would say the inner voice strikes me, rather than me going and looking for it. When I'm in a regulated, vital, balanced, and embodied place, I naturally awaken to the creative, clever, transgressive and confident part of me that wants to share my message with whoever is willing to listen. Dialing down the "noise" of modern life certainly helps!

Hello! Good question... It was a gradual process in which I noticed how different my viewpoints related to emotional expression, body connection, and sexual health were compared to many people around me. I wanted to help stop the suffering that so many face related to our epidemic of disembodiment, repression, and sexual aggression. Our bodies are so wise, yet we ignore them. And our capacity for intimacy is so magical, yet we get in our own way, fearing vulnerability. I was excited to help people go beyond the limitations of mindfulness and learn how the potency of bodyfulness.

Hello! I'm currently working on the Book Club Guide for "The Pleasure Is All Yours," as well as a personality test inspired by the book. Because who doesn't love a little personality quiz? My creative writing has been more focused on dating, love, relationships, and modulating attachment. And re-writing an essay for Modern Love.

Hello! I go on a run or a bike ride, something with repetitive movement that's meditative and lets me get the blood flowing and dive into a creative mode. Away from the distractions of others and technology, my reflections are free to take form. Then as soon as I get home I write it down!
