This sounds like a lie - but I haven't had to deal with it. I have the opposite problem generally, which is spending too much time writing when I have ideas and getting sort of weird about it.
Don't worry, at some point, I'll look at a blank screen and panic. My day will come.

If you haven't already, learn to take criticism.
You may become very attached to what you write and take criticism too personally - avoid that.
Critics are doing you a favor.
Not all criticism will be constructive, but you can take all criticism constructively. Take what you can - use what is useful - discard the rest.

I have three novels that are written and are in various stages of revision.
The one that will likely come out first is called "Bad Memory" and is a gay-romance thriller - inspired by Thai Y-series shows. I mean, it starts with roommates who are opposites trying to get along and crushing on each other --- then it goes off the rails.

My brain doesn't let me light-read. I need to study everything. I used to read for fun a lot when I was younger, and now I simply can't. It makes me a pretty thorough review reader though.
