There is no swearing or any mature content in any of my books! As long as you can read mentions of crime (and sometimes abuse, but very rarely,) then you're all set!

Honestly, writing a book and publishing it wasn't the stressful part! The actual stressful part (for me, personally,) is marketing on social media and trying to find time to make videos and reply to comments! I used Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing to publish my books, and it was super simple and (basically) stress free.

A few quick tips: take your time, don't write when you're burnt out, and don't compare yourself to professional authors!!!! (Also, don't be afraid to ask questions online if you ever need help! Everyone is in the same boat, and most of us other authors are happy to help out!)

Yes! I’m currently working on a new murder/hospital mystery book, but it’s extremely cluttered so I’m not 100% sure if I’m going to keep it! It’s set in Chicago, so it’s a city-themed book as well! It’s very “Reputation” by Taylor Swift coded

Writer's block is different for every writer. For me, I usually take a small break from writing and come back when I'm inspired. Reading other books can inspire me to finish my book, and can also give me ideas for conflicts and chapters. Make sure to not pressure yourself into writing when you don't feel like it!

The best thing about being a writer is the ability to be able to share stories that YOU create and talk to others about them. Being able to write stories gives me a chance to live/create many other lives and stories that I wouldn't be able to experience in real life!

Usually, I come up with my own ideas on my own. (Sometimes they just pop up in my head!) But when I'm having trouble writing, I remind myself what my childhood self would want for me! Additionally, I usually look to other self-published authors for motivation and ideas if I'm having trouble coming up with some.

Right now, I'm currently working on visiting other genres in writing. Before I officially "write" another novel, I'm learning more about poetry. I'm very interested in a poetry-based novel, so that's my new idea for another book in the future!

My advice is never to stop writing, and always to follow your dreams! When I first started writing, I watched many YouTube videos about publishing books and read many ask-and-answer questions on the Amazon Kindle Direct "Help Center." They walk you through the entire process, as well as have tips for marketing, publishing, payments, and more! Whether you want to publish through Amazon KDP or another publishing company, make sure to do your research! As always, never stop writing :)

Honestly, I wish that I could go into my own books. It would be lovely to look around and see that I created it! And I probably would go along with the storyline and really relive my own writing!
