Will There Be Wine? was DEEPLY inspired by my own experience as an expat American divorcee living in Paris. I had so many truly wretched dates that my friends kept insisting I had to use the material (because sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction) to write a book. So one day, I did! The story is, of course, a fictionalized version of the events, but I send my thanks to the men of Paris for the inspiration!
