"A Two Sentence Horror Story"; The world ended while I was standing in line at the Department of Motor Vehicles. The problem was that a new one started immediately and I was still standing in line at the DMV.

From a song entitled "Blackbird" by the Bennassi Brothers, and then a follow-up conversation that I had with friends concerning time-travel and alternate universes. Since I was also interested in Steampunk at the time, I chose to combine the two genres and then added in UFO's aliens and a whole host of other things.
