How do you get inspired to write?

Martin Schiller Several ways: First, by conversations that I have with others where something catches my interest and I decide to expand on the idea. Secondly, when I encounter a theme, and say to myself, "I could do that better", and then go for it. And thirdly, through dreams. I frequently have vivid dreams that take place in exotic places and unique situations and many of these become stories. The Sisterhood series began as a dream and became a trilogy.
