I never experienced a full block of writing, but what I did find is that you cannot write in 30min moments between meetings. You need deep and meaningful time to dedicate to it, and to do it often. Writing is like a muscle you need to exercise and the more you use it, the easier it becomes!

I decided to write Mind the Inclusion Gap to help others learn from my mistakes. I meet so many individuals who care, but don't take any action when it comes to creating a more equal and inclusive world. They don't take action because they are afraid to say or do the wrong thing, and (if I am honest), many don't take action because it's easy to be lazy when inequality isn't directly affecting you. I wanted to help build confidence and capability on these topics, and to stir up more ambition. If we have more people taking an active role, I believe we can create a more positive and inclusive future.
