I'm a self-help author who coaches others to take good care of themselves, but when my mother began to slip into dementia, it was hard to follow my own advice. Being a caretaker was demanding, and I found myself feeling depressed, resentful and angry at times. But my dreams came to the rescue. They'd show me new perspectives and offer hope when I'd lost any sense of optimism. After my mom died of Alzheimer's, I wanted to share with others the lessons I'd learned ... and so I wrote this mini (44-page) self-help guide.
