Being a caretaker was demanding, and I found myself feeling depressed, resentful and angry at times. But my dreams came to the rescue. They'd show me new perspectives and offer hope when I'd lost any sense of optimism. After my mom died of Alzheimer's, I wanted to share with others the lessons I'd learned ... and so I wrote this mini (44-page) self-help guide.(less)

It’s still January, and I’m still reflecting on 2025. This was a tough year for me: I lost three loved ones in eight months.
