The best thing about being a writer is you create a world filled with characters you design and have the liberty to mold them as you intend. I also believe writing plays an essential role in expressing the essence of your true self. And for that matter, once you have picked up the pen, rest assured you will not be the same anymore. It is astonishing how this decision will transform your life for the better being.

The idea came to me in a dream and seemed to hover in my mind throughout the next day. I followed my instinct and used those images to create an outline where I finally came up with a plot.

I read, especially fiction of crime novels and thrillers. Reading keeps me out of stress and makes me hooked on the world every author has brought to life. I would also watch movies of my favorite genres. Also, at times, I would hop onto a bus and travel to the city, as watching the view while en route soothes me. Surprisingly, these distractions helped me overcome my writer's block.
