The Gunpowder Chronicles have at most kissing — with the exception of the novella “Love in the Time of Engines” which is in the Tales from the Gunpowder Chronicles. All of the other stories have varying levels of physical intimacy and steaminess.

Hello! So sorry for the late response. My personal favorite as a starter is The Lotus Palace. If you're looking for a lighthearted read, my readers also enjoy My Fair Concubine. I grew watching Chinese historical dramas and I'm also inspired by the strong women in my family. When I was looking for a story to write, those were the elements that came from my heart.
