David Franklin My most useful content has almost always followed a conversation with an interesting person. When I talk with someone who has a perspective that is unfamiliar to me, it challenges and prompts me in a difficult-to-describe fashion.
David Franklin I would go to Narnia. And I did go there!

C. S. Lewis is from Ireland, and he has said that certain real-life locations in Ireland inspired places in Narnia. I'm fortunate to have been to Rostrevor and Dunluce Castle. I went with unrealistically high expectations, and somehow those expectations were exceeded. It was a wonderful, beautiful, magnificent and unforgettable experience!
David Franklin I read a sermon transcript entitled "Christian Charity" (written by Jonathan Edwards in 1732). Despite being almost 300 years old, the truths are still relevant for today. This sermon forms the foundation of Open Hands.
