What happened to the Get Lucky YA novellas anthology? It has disappeared from Amazon? I feel lucky I was able to order it before this happened.
Kristen Kehoe We disbanded the anthology, and began selling the stories separately! You can find each on each author's page! So glad you got to order the entire thing. Happy reading. xoxo

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Kristen Kehoe I'm still an aspiring writer. I think the biggest thing to understand is that the people around you are always going to appear more put together, and there is always going to be someone who sells more, writes more, connects more...it's important to just keep going. I want to sell thousands of books, so I keep writing. That's all you can do:)

How do you get inspired to write?
Kristen Kehoe I write in small scenes, not chronological order. Sometimes I'll be in bed at night, and I'll see a scene for a current WIP or a new book altogether, and I take out my phone and start writing what's in my head at that moment. In the end, I patch my book together like a puzzle, copying and pasting scenes where I think they belong.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Kristen Kehoe LIFE INTERRUPTED came out in January, and the idea came because I know so many people who make decisions in their life which alter its course forever. This alteration, however devastating at first, isn't always tragic, though, and I feel that currently, that's all I hear about. Now, I'm writing about the girl who comes out of rehab and learns that we have to see the ugly and accept it before we can truly see the beauty in life, too.

What are you currently working on?
Kristen Kehoe I am working on the second installment in the BEYOND THE HORIZON series. THE LIGHT OF DAY is a little darker, a little harder for me to write, because it's raw and honest. Cora, Mia's cousin from BTH, has made some bad choices in her life, and these choices have led to bad things. Now, she's on the mend, but while she's mending, she's learning how to live again, which also means learning how to love, and let others love her.
