Lene Andersen Mordecai Richler once said that if you wait for the Muse, you'll never write a single bloody thing. Once you have an idea, it's about showing up. Or as Dorothy Parker said "writing is the art of applying ass to seat." When you show up every day, usually at the same time in the same place, with the intention to write, writing happens. It may not always be very good, but sometimes you have to write something bad in order to write something good.
Lene Andersen I have a couple of things in the hopper. The one that's closest to publication (which doesn't mean it's close at all) is the second book in the Your Life with RA series.. I've finished the first draft and then my chronic illness decided to become a drama queen, so the book has been a bit on hiatus for a while.
