My story is about Memphis and the surrounding area. I grew up in Memphis and lived there for forty years. The book is loosely (very loosely) based on historic events, and my experiences (again very loosely). When I traveled to Memphis to work, I started remembering things that happened, and imagined how those events might have affective people's lives and how they may have reacted.
