Getting lost while driving in the Atlas Mountains, Morocco, without a map, and the satnav's signal was lost. It did, in fact, inspire part of my first book, The Moroccan Manuscript!

Rome under Julius Caesar! But, with one big caveat, I need a sumptuous villa on the Palatine Hill from which to observe! I would wander down to watch the Senate in action in the Forum, to see early democracy (of sorts) in action!
