Not a clue sorry to say. I spoke to two friends who are "known" for their "remote viewing" and one said it was on land, the other said under the sea. It's interesting, as in the interviews i've done with mediums I get a pretty good sense that they're absolutely sure about what their saying. I focus my research on talking to eyewitnesses to events - that would be people who've experienced a near death experience, a person under deep hypnosis, or even speaking to a friend on the flipside through a medium that I trust. I can tell you some pretty amazing answers have come through - verifiable ones. But I haven't focused on this particular event in my questioning. I'm still busy trying to get people to be interested in what really happened to Amelia after she disappeared - and that's hard enough! But thanks for asking sorry it too me so long to reply.

Thanks George. If you want to know how AE is, or FDR is, i recommend reading "Flipside" and "its a wonderful afterlife" for the answer. In her saga, I've come to a number of conclusions based on my research as cited in earhartonsaipan.com. Ken Burns did a wonderful job of painting a 3d portrait of FDR, a man whose life fit the time and journey he chose, fulfilled the role he planned for his lifetime. Once you come to that perspective, theres little mystery to examine; we each live the lifetime we've plamned with the help and guidanve of our loved ones. Amelia, FDR included. My two cents.

Well, I would begin with the "grandfather of NDE research" Dr. Bruce Greyson at UVA. "Irreducible Mind" is for academics, (the size and prize tag would give anyone pause), so I highly recommend reading his scientific papers (most are free and published online) and search his public talk "Is Consciousness Created by the Brain?" on youtube. Also in the science vein, read "The Aware Project" findings that have just been published by Dr. Sam Parnia and his group. These are scientific papers, but gives excellent groundwork in a post materialist way to arrive at the next arena. First NDE book I recommend is David Bennett's "Voyage of Purpose." (I also interviewed him, and that is available on youtube. It's an hour long, but worth watching.) David was studied by Dr. Greyson, and also has had the benefit of having a between life session where he examined these events in more detail. For comparative accounts, I recommend "Proof of Heaven" by Dr. Eben Alexander, and "Heaven is for Real" by Todd Burpo. Some are put off by one being from a Harvard neurosurgeon and the other from a five year old - but both accounts have much to offer by way of getting a glimpse of the "afterlife" for lack of a better term. Both had profound experiences, and one is not better, or more credible than the other - they're just different. Then there's a great ebook by Jeremy Kagan, "The Near Death and Life of Jeremy Kagan" - someone I know, and who was not familiar with other NDE accounts. His experience was also different than the others, with some of the same hallmarks. Other books I recommend; two are by authors who are no longer on the planet: Annie Kagan's "Afterlife of Billy Fingers" and Galen Stoller's "My Life After Life." Both are written (via relatives of the deceased) from the pov of someone who is experiencing the afterlife, or this other realm. Both of these accounts dovetail with the research I've done in the area. What I've found in the research is that while some NDE accounts are similar, no two are exactly the same, just like our own journeys through life. Two other NDE's I'm aware of but have not read their personal accounts; Dr. Rajiv Parti (whom I interviewed) and Anita Moorjani. Both had profound experiences and worth reading about. I know that both Dr. Moody and Kenneth Ring's research is excellent - I'm just not as familiar with them as the above, but I do cite a Kenneth Ring story in "Flipside." Their work is cited often in many of the other books of the genre. Also check into the nearest IANDS.org chapter - it's a wonderful place to go and hear personal accounts - created by Dr. Greyson and others, and the groups share their profound experiences in a private (and sometimes public) setting. Fascinating topic.

Sitting in my agent's office. I was introducing him to Gary Schwartz PhD, ("Sacred Promise") who asked him "How would you feel if it could be proved beyond a shadow of doubt that there is not death, and that there is an afterlife?" And my agent said "I would feel like Jimmy Stewart in "Its a Wonderful Life" and see the planet through new eyes, and appreciate every moment that I have here. And I said "Well, that's a great name for a book." They both looked at me. "It's a Wonderful Afterlife" I said. Then when I was on my way to do a book talk near Seneca Falls, NY (which they claim is the original Bedford Falls) I remembered a passage in Frank Capra's book "Name Above the Title" and how he had his own "other worldly" experience. He said he was suffering from a psychosomatic illness, could not get out of bed, was near death, when a strange short bald man came into his home and called him a coward. The man railed at him, told him to get out of bed and make people laugh because that was his calling on the planet. His assistant Max saw this man - but Capra never asked who it was or where he had come from. And after this experience he made "It's a Wonderful Life." The research shows we all have a Clarence in our lives, we all have a guardian, or guide (and sometimes more than one.) That these folks help us on the path and on our journey. That we have free will between lives to choose who we are going to be in the next one - that our choices are always based on compassion or some form of helping others to learn or teach lessons. I've been filming people under deep hypnosis for five years now, have filmed at least 25 sessions, and the books are transcripts of them. In the latest series, the books include research into consciousness as well as near death experiences, out of body experiences, and other phenomena that point to the existence of not only an afterlife, but one that is much more fantastic and wonderful than any we've been led to believe.
